1. Service Provided As-Is

Content Aware Scale is provided free of charge with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of results, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

2. Your Images, Your Rights

You retain full ownership and all rights to any images you process with this tool. We claim no license or rights over your content. Because processing is entirely client-side, no image data is ever transmitted to or stored by us.

3. No Storage or Transmission

Images are processed locally in your browser via WebAssembly. No image data is uploaded to any server. We have no technical access to your files before, during, or after processing.

4. Usage Limits

The following limits apply to maintain reasonable browser performance:

• Maximum image dimensions: 4000 × 4000 pixels
• Maximum file size: 25 MB

Images exceeding these limits will be rejected with an error message. These limits may change in future versions.
